We act as an executive arm for enforcement and precautionary seizure procedures on movable and immovable assets. We ensure the freezing of disposition in disputed assets and prevent their smuggling or destruction, while documenting all required official minutes to ensure the soundness of procedures before enforcement courts.
When management is hindered by disputes, we intervene as a trustworthy "court-appointed custodian" to manage the facilities or properties in dispute. Our tasks include:
Financial oversight: auditing cash flows and preventing financial waste.
Operational management: ensuring business continuity (such as companies or hotels) so that their market value does not decline during the litigation period.
Periodic reports: providing judicial departments with a detailed report on the status of the safeguarded property and the growth of its business

We represent clients before personal status courts and commercial courts, and supervise the implementation of final judgments in a manner that ensures no challenge to distribution or liquidation procedures due to procedural loopholes.
